(Dayton, Ohio) December 6, 2016 – The Norman-Spencer Agency, Inc., a leading national property and casualty insurance provider, has promoted Paul Sexton to the position of Vice President, Product Management and Development. Prior to this promotion, Sexton served as the Practice Leader for the agency’s Watercraft unit.
In his new role, Sexton will be responsible for managing and developing the product portfolio for Norman-Spencer’s programs, which include Construction, Marine, Real-Estate and Transportation, while continuing to play a key role in the operation and administration of the Watercraft unit. Sexton will report to the agency’s Chief Underwriting Officer, George Karlis.
“Under Paul’s leadership, the Watercraft unit achieved significant growth,” said Norman-Spencer President, Brian Norman. “Paul’s knowledge and experience in understanding and designing all lines of product coverage insures that our product set will continue to be among the best in the market.”
